FLASH PLAYER ERROR MESSAGE
If you are having difficulties viewing our web site.
Note: Our web site uses the viewing program called Flash Player,
supported by Adobe Acrobat.
Several issues or causes for the Flash Player web viewing program not to work:
• You may have an older version or corrupted copy of the Flash Player
- Uninstall and reinstall the Flash Player to get a viable update
- Click the links below to proceed
First: REMOVE FLASH PLAYER
Next: INSTALL FLASH PLAYER
• You may have a Firewall program installed on your computer or
network, preventing the installation of the Flash Player
- If you have access to the Firewall settings, you can temporarily
shut off the Firewall
- If you have do not access to the Firewall settings,
ask those who do, to temporarily shut off the Firewall
- If you have are not able to modify the Firewall settings,
try accessing our site from another computer.
• You may have an Internet Explorer Security corrupted setting
- In Internet Explorer go to
> Tools [Top Menu Bar] . . . go to
> Internet Options . . . click on
> Security [Top Tab] . . . click on
> Default Level [Button]
- This may help allow new updates Internet Explorer
to allow the security features to work properly
