ments; consulting project to determine the affect on residential values due
to expansion of a substantial mining project; unique construction – log,

condominiums, 2-4 family residential income property, rural residences
and agricultural properties; review appraisals; renovation projects; spec

analysis; tax and special assessment appeals and/or assessment study; gift valuations for tax purposes; estate planning/settlement; PMI removal; appraisals for dissolution situations.
11-2000 to 10-2001: helped with large road project as a Real Estate Representative
for MNDOT in Mankato, MN (while continuing to run Jensen Appraisal)
Work included direct purchase of acquisitions from affected property
owners; completion of appraisals – “before” and “after” appraisals, as
well as uncomplicated appraisals; field title and market data reports, etc.
1983 to 1-31-98 Independent Fee Appraiser with Robinson Appraisal Co.

mixed-use properties (office/residential), large multi-family complexes…
