Hello, my name is Darrell Hylen, I am a licensed realtor with Wingert Realty and Land Service, Inc. In my 30 years selling farms and other Minnesota real estate, I have sold more than $30,000,000 of Minnesota farmland, development properties, 1031 exchanges, hobby farms, and recreational land.

Sales of Minnesota Farmland is my specialty. When I'm not selling Minnesota Farmland, I work one! My brother and I own and operate a 1700 acre grain farm.

I held the office of vice-president for the Minnesota State Chapter of Realtors Land Institute for years 2001 and 2002 and State president for 2003 and 2004.

In 2007 I earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC).  There are eight ALC’s in Minnesota and four of the ALC’s are working in our office
